We are recruiting a Full-Time, Part-Time& Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with adults with developmental and related disabilities in a residential group home setting. The qualified candidates will provide nursing to group home residents while ensuring the general well-being of each individual served.
LPN Job Responsibilities:
Administers medication and medical treatments as required and completes documentation Accompanies individuals to and from medical appointments and activities as needed Assists with activities of daily living as needed Data entry using Therap (EHR) Implements medically prescribed diets and exercise programs Completes documentation that is necessary for program operations promptly
Job Requirements:
A valid NJ State Practical Nurse License HS diploma or equivalent A valid driver's license is in good standing and must be insurable under NJID's automobile insurance.
