Nurse/LPN

Private pediatric practice is seeking a qualified part-time (3 days) RN or LPN to join our detail-oriented staff. In this position, you will play a key role in providing care to adolescents, children, and infants. You will be primarily responsible for telephone triage and will collaborate with the family to address their options, problems, fears, and concerns for their child. You must be able to identify those children who are in need of an urgent visit and offer advice to those who need guidance for their children's physical and emotional issues. You will also have to run flu, COVID and strep tests. Also responsible for following up on lab results, reviewing prescription requests and coordinating care with specialists. Must be compassionate with good communication skills. Must be a team-player. Applicants must have an active nursing or LPN license in NJ.
