What You'll Do:
Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in a home setting Perform J-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs Assist with daily living needs while ensuring comfort and safety Manage and maintain respiratory and feeding equipment
What We're Looking For:
Active NJ RN or LPN license in good standing Experience with J-tube, trach, and ventilator care
REQUIRED
Strong clinical and assessment skills Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently in a home care environment
