$27/hourly(Local) Mandatory Qualifications for This Job Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license in the state of New Mexico Minimum 1 year of long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare facility experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification required Ability to work night shift schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Experience with medication administration, patient charting, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred Strong communication, teamwork, patient care, and time management skills Ability to monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising RN or physician Roles and Responsibilities Provide direct patient and resident care in a long-term care and healthcare setting Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor patient health conditions, vital signs, and behavioral changes Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility and personal care support Respond quickly to patient needs, emergencies, and call lights during night shifts Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and safety protocols Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient-centered care Support care planning and participate in shift reports and clinical updates Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff #LPNJobs #LicensedPracticalNurse #NursingJobs #HealthcareJobs #TravelNurse #TravelLPN #NightShiftJobs #LongTermCare #SkilledNursing #PatientCare #HealthcareCareers #NurseHiring #NowHiring #MedicalJobs #ClinicalCare #HealthcareStaffing #LPNCareer #NurseLife #AlbuquerqueJobs #NewMexicoJobs #ContractNursing #HealthcareProfessionals #NursingOpportunity #EMR #CPRCertified #BLSCertified #ResidentCare #MedicationAdministration #NursingCare #HealthcareRecruitment#
