We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a travel assignment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and documentation. Collect specimens and perform basic nursing procedures. Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies at all times. Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state. Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience required. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Pay:

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
