Position Summary:

We are currently hiring experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a healthcare facility in Bloomfield, NM. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and record patients' vital signs Assist patients with daily living activities Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting Provide basic wound care and treatments Observe and report changes in patient conditions Follow infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide quality patient care

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted license as

LPN/LVN. BLS

AHA COVID

card (Medical/Religious exemptions are accepted)
