Travel Contract Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel LPN/LVN to join our Long-Term Care team in Bloomfield, New Mexico. This 11-week assignment offers a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive LTC environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Assist with care planning and implementation. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality patient care. Requirements Active LPN/LVN license. Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care experience preferred. Current BLS certification. Strong communication and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Travel Policy Travel candidates only. Applicants must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location to be eligible for this travel assignment.
