$1,044 (36 hrs) — $29/hr
Travel PPW:
$1,080 (36 hrs) — $30/hr Position overview: Provide skilled practical nursing care in collaboration with RNs and physicians. Deliver thorough assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage wounds, monitor vital signs, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients and families while adhering to infection control and emergency response protocols.
Required qualifications:
Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license BLS certification Registry personnel must present state or federal photo ID at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times Agency staff must have completed the original or updated
COVID-19
vaccine series or present a documented medical or religious exemption from their employer; obtain additional doses where required by law Key responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care under RN/physician direction Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement physician-ordered treatments and medications Assess, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications Continuously monitor and document vital signs and patient status Maintain precise patient records and deliver patient/family education on diagnoses and self-care Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow established infection control procedures
