Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $36.00 Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $1,296.00 OR On 1099: Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $38.00 Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $1,368.00 Job Overview We are currently seeking a Local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) Facility in Clovis, NM. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs who enjoy working with geriatric residents in a supportive and patient-focused environment. Experience & Skills Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Nursing Home, or Assisted Living preferred Experience using Epic EMR or other electronic health record systems is a plus. Key Requirement Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs. Assist with care planning and resident assessments. Report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards. Educate residents and families on basic healthcare needs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care while promoting resident comfort and well-being.
