$1,188 per 36 hours) Requirements Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license BLS certification Key responsibilities Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction Perform comprehensive patient assessments Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and document administration Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications Monitor and document vital signs continuously as required Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
