Care Plan Implementation:

Assisted in developing, implementing, and updating individualised care plans in collaboration with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

Medication & Treatment Management:

Administered prescribed medications and treatments accurately while ensuring compliance with physician orders and safety protocols.

Resident Safety & Regulatory Compliance:

Maintained infection control standards, ensured resident safety, and adhered to federal, state, and facility regulations, including accurate clinical documentation.

Patient & Family Communication:

Educated residents and families on treatment plans, health conditions, and post-care instructions while fostering compassionate and professional relationships.

$44.00 per hour
