Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Albuquerque, NM. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and daily care activities Support patient safety, infection control, and quality care standards Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and care plans Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations Respond appropriately to emergency situations and patient care needs Required Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state Current BLS/CPR certification required Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work night shifts and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
