Join our Genesis Healthcare team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document resident conditions. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines. Requirements Active LPN license required. Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
