This role focuses on delivering quality nursing care, medication administration, and patient support during night shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff Maintain compliance with nursing standards and facility policies Requirements Active LPN License BLS Certification required Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
