RN/LPN (12 Hour Shifts)

Position Overview As an RN or LPN at Socorro Wellness, you will play a key role in delivering clinical care, supporting residents, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards during 12-hour shifts (day or night available). Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs and condition monitoring Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Document care and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Provide wound care, IV therapy (RN), and other nursing procedures as needed Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Monitor changes in condition and respond appropriately Educate residents and families on care plans and health needs Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in New Mexico (required) Current BLS certification (preferred) Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compassion and attention to detail Experience with EMR systems (PointClickCare preferred, but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) 12-hour shifts for better work-life balance Supportive leadership and team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement A culture focused on quality care and staff engagement Why Socorro Wellness?
