Job Description

Highland Manor of Fallon Rehabilitation Are you a Licensed Nurse who is passionate about providing great care and being part of a supportive team? We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. In this role, you will play an important part in delivering high-quality care while working closely with CNAs, physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to support the health and well-being of our residents. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys teamwork, meaningful resident relationships, and the opportunity to make a real difference every day. What You'll Do As a Licensed Nurse on our team, you will: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team Support and supervise CNAs to ensure excellent resident care Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including therapy, social services, and physicians Participate in care planning, infection prevention practices, and quality improvement initiatives Promote a culture of dignity, compassion, and resident-centered care What We're Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • State of Nevada Current CPR/BLS certification Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical and observation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred What We Offer We believe in supporting the nurses who care for our residents.
