Your Role & Responsibilities Provide Direct Patient Care Perform skilled nursing tasks such as wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring. Follow Care Plans Implement care plans developed by RNs and report patient status updates. Document Care Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Communicate with Care Team Report changes in patient condition to supervising RN or physician. Support Daily Living Needs Assist patients with basic health and safety needs as appropriate. What You'll Need Active Nevada LPN license Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation CPR and First Aid certification (TB testing support available) Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Previous home health or clinical experience preferred Who You Are Detail-oriented and dependable Compassionate and patient-centered A strong team player who communicates effectively Comfortable working independently in a home setting Looking to grow your nursing career in a supportive and flexible environment?
