Job Summary About Urgent Home Health:
Urgent Home Health is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in the comfort of our patients' homes. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services tailored to the individual needs of each patient in rural areas Fallon, Fernley, Carson City, and Silver Springs). We are currently seeking a dedicated Private Duty Nursing (PDN) RN to join our team in Reno, Nevada, and are excited to welcome new graduates to apply for this fulfilling role. $
PAYRANGE RN
rate : $45 / hr •If you work 30+ hours a week in a rural setting 50-55$hr LPN rate: $30 / hr We are looking for Registered Nurses specializing in Private Duty Nursing (PDN) for home health care. The ideal candidate is an experienced nurse with a strong background in community health education and patient-centered care. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing services to pediatric and adult individuals and families within their homes and communities, with home visits typically ranging from 4-12 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients and their families to determine home health needs. Perform complete physical assessments and gather detailed histories of current and previous illnesses. Deliver professional nursing care utilizing the full spectrum of the nursing process. Assess and evaluate patient status, develop and initiate personalized care plans, and make necessary revisions as patient needs evolve. Provide specialized care such as Gtube care and feedings, Trach Care, and/or Vent monitoring, based on experience and patient requirements.
Qualifications:
Willingness to work with pediatric patients Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid unrestricted Nevada RN license. Current licensure in the state and CPR/BLS certification. Possession of a valid driver's license. Bilingual proficiency is advantageous. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
