Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and community policies. Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time. Monitor resident conditions and intervene as needed to ensure health and safety. Lead & Support the

Licensure & Credentials:

Active LPN license in the State of Nevada. CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Experience & Skills:

Previous experience in skilled nursing or senior living preferred, but not required. Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure while leading others.

Physical Requirements:

Salary:

$33.00 - $40.23 per hour•$1.00/hour Shift Differential added to weekday NOC shifts.•$2.00/hour Shift Differential added for all weekend shifts.

Schedule:
