Friday Hours:
08:00 AM - 04:30 PM | 42.5 Hours/Week We are seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an outpatient clinical setting in Syracuse, New York. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment providing direct patient care and clinical support.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and clinical support Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Obtain patient history and record vital signs Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures Administer injections and assist with clinical procedures Maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and clinical supplies Prepare charts and complete clinical documentation Coordinate referrals and insurance authorizations Utilize EMR systems for patient documentation Support daily nursing operations and patient workflow
Requirements:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required Experience in outpatient or acute care setting required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and multitasking skills Experience obtaining vital signs and assisting with examinations English proficiency required
Preferred:
