Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care environment. This position offers a sign-on bonus of $2500 to qualified candidates. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in patient assessment, medication administration, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate patient health. Provide compassionate care to residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate residents and families on health management and wellness strategies.
