Working with adult populations Nursing Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our busy primary care office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of physicians, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs. Duties Answer phones and triage the providers. Rooming patients, taking vitals, providing immunizations and other tasks. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records. Scheduling appointments. Utilize electronic health records systems such as Medent for documentation purposes. Skills Strong case management skills with the ability to assess and plan patient care effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams. Familiarity with triage protocols and emergency response procedures. NYS License as a Licensed Practical Nurse Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals where your skills as a Licensed Practical Nurse will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.
