Position:

As an LPN , you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. Our LPN team members are leaders on the floor — coordinating care, supporting CNAs, partnering with RNs and physicians, and building meaningful relationships with residents and families. LPN:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team Supervise and support nursing assistants Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every shift

What We're Looking For:

Active LPN license in good standing Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred (but not required!) Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Team-oriented mindset Passion for delivering exceptional care
