What You'll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Assist with assessments, documentation, and care coordination Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality resident care
