We are a busy, patient-centered nephrology practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Position Summary The LPN will play a key role in supporting providers, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates looking to build clinical skills in a specialized setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare exam rooms and assist nephrology providers during patient visits and procedures Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, updating patient histories, medication reconciliation, and administering injections Handle specimen collection, labeling, and preparation for laboratory submission Maintain sterile technique and follow infection control standards Manage clinical supplies and equipment, ensuring rooms are stocked and well-organized Support front-office or triage needs as requested to ensure smooth daily flow Document all care accurately and promptly in the EMR Adhere to strict HIPAA standards
