RN/LPN for Private Duty

Community Home Health Care is seeking an experienced LPN or RN for a private duty position caring for an adult female with Trisomy 21 and respiratory complications in Greenwich , NY . The client lives with her supportive and engaged parents, and we're looking for a compassionate nurse with pediatric experience or a strong affinity for working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Hours of Coverage Needed:

Month of May 2026: Friday & Saturday overnights, 7p - 7a Summer 2026: Every Other Friday & Saturday overnights, 7p-7a Per Diem hours also available!

Job Requirements:
