What You'll Do Room patients and obtain medical histories and vital signs Assist physicians during examinations and allergy-related procedures Administer allergy injections (immunotherapy) and monitor patients for reactions Perform or assist with allergy testing, such as skin prick testing Educate patients on allergy management, medications, and treatment plans Document patient information in electronic medical records (EMRs) Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care Refill medications and communicate with pharmacies as directed by providers Recognize and respond to allergic reactions and emergencies, including anaphylaxis Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection-control standards What We're Looking For Current LPN license in NY state CPR/BLS certification Knowledge of allergy, asthma, and immunology care (preferred) Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Compensation Offered:
Hourly
