We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is dependable, patient-centered, and motivated to grow in a hands-on clinical environment. Why You'll Love Being Part of Our Team No nights, weekends, or major holidays Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Supportive, team-first environment Hands-on training in sedation and surgical care Opportunity to expand your clinical skillset beyond traditional settings Work in a modern, technology-driven practice Leadership that invests in your growth and development What You'll Be Doing You'll succeed in this role by: Making patients feel calm, safe, and genuinely cared for throughout their experience Assisting with IV sedation procedures and monitoring patients under provider supervision Recording vital signs and supporting safe patient care before, during, and after procedures Reviewing medical histories and ensuring patients are prepared for treatment Supporting recovery and discharge, including patient education and communication with escorts Collaborating closely with providers and team members to deliver efficient, high-quality care Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment Cross-training in additional clinical support tasks to help maintain a smooth and efficient workflow Who Thrives in This Role We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate and patient-centered Calm, attentive, and detail-oriented Positive, professional, and dependable Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on setting Eager to learn new skills and expand their clinical abilities A team player who communicates openly and respectfully Interested in building a long-term career—not just finding a job What You'll Need Active LPN license in New York State BLS certification required (ACLS preferred) Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills Experience with sedation or surgical environments is a plus—but not required. We will train the right candidate.
