Role Overview:
As an LPN with White Glove Placement, you will deliver quality bedside care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and documenting patients' vital signs Administering medications and treatments Following physicians' orders Supporting elderly, rehabilitative, and long-term care residents with daily needs Minimum Requirements Active New York State LPN License 3 years of LPN experience , with 2 years in long-term care Experience handling high resident ratios and medication administration Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills Ability to meet vaccination and health screening requirements (2-step PPD, MMR, etc.) Why White Glove Placement?
