A health services network in New York City is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Primary Care team in Brooklyn.  About the
Opportunity:
Shift:
Day Schedule:
Monday to
Friday Hours:
9am to 5pm (40 hours/week)
Setting:
Primary Care Responsibilities:
Performing phlebotomy Obtaining and documenting vital signs Administering injections and medications Preparing patients for provider visits Assisting providers during clinic sessions Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Recent phlebotomy experience required Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing Active NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) CPR certification Experience with injections and vitals Basic computer proficiency Great interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail Team-oriented attitude
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Bilingual (English and Spanish) Experience with all age groups Prior exposure to IDD populations Experience with NextGen EMR
