LPN/RN Per Diem

We are seeking an LPN or RN to join our team at Conesus Lake Nursing Home Per Diem. As a part of Hurlbut Care Communities, Conesus Lake is a 48-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is owned and operated locally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide basic resident care or treatments, such as, but not limited to taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, and performing catheterizations. Administer prescribed medications, noting times and amounts on residents' charts.

Observe residents:

chart and report changes in residents' conditions, such as response to medication or treatment. Answer residents' call lights and determine how to assist them. Following Qualifications :

Must be currently licensed and in good standing as an RN or LPN in NYS Excellent communication and customer service skills
