Are you a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a rewarding opportunity in a nursing home setting in New Rochelle, New York? We are currently hiring LPNs for day and evening shifts, with per diem options, mostly every weekend or every other weekend available. Join a collaborative care team where your clinical skills and dedication play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. What You'll Do Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions Provide wound care and basic clinical procedures Accurately document care in the electronic medical record Communicate changes in resident status to RNs and providers Supervise and support CNAs and nursing assistants Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
