If you enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful impact in residents' daily lives, we'd love to hear from you! Shifts Available 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM •All employees must be open to working all shifts based on facility needs LPN Qualifications Valid New York State LPN license Minimum 6 months of long-term care or hospital experience PCC experience is a strong plus Holds CPR Certification CHRC/Fingerprinting must be completed prior to orientation Highest staffing needs are on weekends Employees must be flexible and open to per diem scheduling (shift times may vary) Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, and quality care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning Ensure residents' safety, comfort, dignity, and rights at all times Perform duties in compliance with facility policies and Federal and State regulations Complete other related duties as assigned What We Offer Paid orientation Paid training Paid sick time Liability insurance Career development opportunities Innovative training programs Monthly employee recognition programs Employee of the Month awards Supportive and professional work environment We are an
