High School Diploma or equivalent Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Active LPN license in the state of Vermont (or willingness to obtain) Current CPR/BLS certification Strong team collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications as prescribed Monitor and document vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight) Provide basic wound care and dressing changes Administer injections and immunizations Take and document medical histories Accurately enter patient data into electronic medical records Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care Why ProMed?
