This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities in an outpatient setting. You will work under the supervision of the Practice Coordinator or provider, supporting both nursing and clerical teams to ensure smooth patient care operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with office and medical procedures Room patients and obtain vital signs Support patient referrals and scheduling Maintain accurate patient documentation using EMR Provide support to nursing and administrative staff Deliver excellent patient service in a clinical setting Job Requirements Active New York LPN/LVN License (Required) BLS/CPR Certification (Required) High School Diploma/GED or graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program Strong clerical and computer skills Knowledge of medical terminology Excellent customer service and communication skills Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting Familiarity with EMR systems Knowledge of insurance processes and referrals
