! In this role, you will: Provide on-site clinical support to medically complex adults with disabilities. Perform ongoing monitoring of the person's medical care along with the RN staff. Administer medication and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best health outcomes.

LPNs Require:

NYS Licensure/Certification CPR, fire safety training, and medication knowledge Six months of hospital or long-term care experience, supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred LPNs, for immediate consideration, apply now!
