Travelers:
$39/hr.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive patient care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, hospitals, and community health environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
