A human services agency on Long Island, NY is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and/or a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Weekend Shift at one of their group homes in Nassau County. About the

Residential Responsibilities:
Delivering nursing services in accordance with resident care plans Assessing and monitoring resident health status Administering medications and managing treatments for residents with peg tubes Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for the residents Performing other duties, as neededQualifications:
Minimum experience of 6 months or participation in a residency program Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and/or licensed Registered Nurse (RN) AHA Basic Health Care Life Support certification Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) Commitment to trauma-informed and resident-focused care Ability to work with diverse populations and manage sensitive situationsDesired Qualifications:
