Job Description
Hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Skilled Nursing Facility Full time position, immediate hire!! We are seeking compassionate LPNs / Licensed Practical Nurses to work within our client's facilities, providing follow-through of the physician-established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the RN Supervisor. Five Star believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families, and communities.
Hourly pay rate:

Lucrative Referral Bonuses LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
Currently holds an active LPN license to work in New York. CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted) Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility Strong patient assessment skills Ability to communicate effectively Demonstrated clinical competency Five Star LPNs are expected to carry out the following tasks:- Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
- Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
- Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
- Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
