Job Description

Hourly Pay :
$40
  • $42/hr (Travel Pay
  • 75 miles Radius Rule)
Shift :
Evenings 6:30 a-2:30 p Every other weekend is required
Duration:
13 weeks (Possible extension)
Hours:
37.5 hr/wk Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions
Requirements:
1+ years experience of LPN
  • Long Term Care BLS (AHA) required NY LPN license Must float to all units (same building) #NSR02
