Licensed Practical Nurse

Clinical Scope:

Skilled Medical & Behavioral Care Medication Administration:

Safely prepare, administer, and document commonly prescribed oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous (IV) medications in strict accordance with facility policies.

Patient Monitoring:

Perform comprehensive observations, track patient responses to newly administered therapies, and immediately report critical changes in condition to the charge RN or attending physician.

Direct Clinical Care:

Take patient medical histories, record vital signs, document chief complaints, and assist with diagnostic tests, office procedures, and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.

Administrative Flow:

Securely document care delivery within the Electronic Health Record (EHR), transcribe medical provider orders, and coordinate return appointments. What You Bring to the

Team Education:

Graduate of a state-approved school of practical or vocational nursing.

Licensure:

Active, current, and unrestricted licensure as an LPN/LVN in any U.S. state or territory.

Certifications:

Current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.

Pay:

$34.00 - $36.00 per hour
