Licensed Practical Nurse Location:
Utica, New York Pay Rate:
$30 to $35/hr
Contract:

Schedule:
Day Shift, 6:30 AM 2:30
PM Guaranteed Hours:
37.5 hours per week
Experience:
Minimum 1 year required About the Role We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Utica, New York. This role supports a long-term care rehabilitation unit caring for residents with MS, orthopedic needs, dementia, and memory care needs. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Administer medications and treatments according to care plans Monitor resident conditions and report any changes to the nursing team Document care accurately using PointClickCare EMR Float to all units within the same building as needed Requirements active new york lpn license required bls certification required minimum 1 year of lpn experience required long-term care, rehabilitation, dementia, memory care, or ortho experience preferred must be available for day shift, every other weekend, and floating within the facility Bring your LPN experience to a steady day-shift role where your care, reliability, and compassion can truly support residents every day.
