LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Job description Come join our Team of Medical Professionals Primary Care of Western New York is one of the largest Family Practices in the Buffalo region. Our dedicated teams deliver excellent care that places the patient at the forefront of everything we do. We currently have three locations throughout Western New York including Williamsville and Kenmore. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add qualified, full time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The nursing team provides the bridge between the providers and their patients. Schedule consists of four-day work week, including evening and occasional Saturday rotation.

Primary Functions:

Assure the highest level of patient satisfaction is achieved Complete patient requests for medication refills Provide quality patient education Complete insurance required prior authorizations Administering vaccinations and injections to pediatric and adult patient populations Experience with Medent EMR a plus!
