Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Yonkers, NY. What Youll DoAs part of our multidisciplinary behavioral health team, the LPN will support psychiatric and medical care coordination for clinic clients.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting vital signs and general health monitoring Screening for psychiatric, substance use, and medical concerns Administering injectable medications Managing medication refills and prior authorizations Coordinating with pharmacies, providers, and primary care physicians Maintaining accurate electronic health records and lab documentation Supporting telepsychiatry and psychiatric scheduling Conducting urine drug screens and breathalyzer testing Assisting clients with referrals and continuity of care Maintaining nursing and medical supplies QualificationsRequiredValid New York State LPN license Experience working in mental health, behavioral health, or psychiatric settings Strong communication and documentation skills Comfort conducting observed urine testing Ability to use electronic health record systems and related technology Ability to travel to assigned clinic locations NYSED Infection Control certification (or qualifying exemption) PreferredBilingual English/Spanish Benefits & PerksWJCS offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including:
