Schedule:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday Earn up to $41 per hour for Part Time Weekend Warrior LPN. Earn up to $48 per hour for Full Time Weekend Warrior RN Part-Time Benefits Shift differentials (evenings & nights) Tuition & loan reimbursement 401(k) with company match PTO & holiday pay Life, accident & disability insurance Pet insurance & identity theft protection Employee appreciation events About the Role We're looking for a dedicated LPN or RN to provide high-quality care and lead daily nursing operations on the unit. In this role, you'll supervise nursing assistants, coordinate care with physicians, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of service. Key Responsibilities Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Supervise and support STNA team members Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs Maintain accurate documentation and charting Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment Assist with staff orientation and training Qualifications Active LPN or RN license Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills QualificationsJob Qualifications of a
Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN:
Must possess a current, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN in Ohio. Current CPR certification.
