We provide a wide array of services to seniors and others including nursing, physical therapy, medical, social work, personal and homemaker services. The LPN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to the clients in his/her assigned area. #

Must have a current LPN licensed in the state of Ohio New Grads Welcome Current CPR Certification.
