LPN Responsibilities:

Admitting new residents Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff Performing ongoing assessments of residents' physical and mental health Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents

LPN Qualifications:

LPN License Patience, Compassion, Kindness Critical thinking skills Knowledge of infection control practices Observational & Communication skills Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules
