RN or LPN Alzheimer Unit Coordinator Job Responsibilities This key role will work collaboratively to oversee and supervise all aspects of care and programming for dementia residents.

Designing and implementing creative activities for dementia residents Developing care plans and performing assessments Conducting resident screenings and family interviews

Job Requirements Education:
