Job Description

Are you a compassionate and enthusiastic LPN looking to make a meaningful impact in a Skilled Nursing Facility? Join our exceptional team at CareCore at Westmoreland as we expand our staff of dedicated caregivers. We are hiring LPNs for all shifts to provide high-quality care alongside our already outstanding team. We are hiring for full time 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, as well as PRN!

Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, and Alzheimer's & Dementia Units Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care, including IV therapy, treatments, wound care, and medication administration, per physician orders and patient care plans. Perform comprehensive assessments and respond to changes in patient conditions. Oversee and support the activities of nursing assistants.
Qualifications:
Current Ohio LPN license. Strong documentation skills; experience with PointClickCare is a plus. Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
