Nursing Full Job Description Unit:

Medical-Surgical Renal Facility:

Miami Valley Hospital (Dayton, Ohio)

Contract Length:

13 weeks

Shift:

Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Schedule:

4 x 12-hour shifts (48 guaranteed hours/week)

Pay Breakdown:

Weekly Gross:

$1,876

Hourly Base:

$18/hr (40 Regular + 8 Overtime)

Weekly Stipends:

$940

Overtime Rate:

$27/hr Minimum Requirements (Must Have)Experience Minimum 1 year recent acute care hospital LPN experience

LTAC LPN

experience is accepted Experience caring for 5-6 patients simultaneously Recent Epic charting experience Experience starting and maintaining IVs Certifications BLS (AHA only) IV Certification OR proof of IV education and competency Preferred Trauma Level I experience

Pay:

Up to $1,876.00 per week
